De sleepremmen zorgen voor een constante weerstand zodat de gebruiker zijn loopsnelheid kan beïnvloeden. Deze sleepremmen worden boven de wielen aan beide zijden op het frame bevestigd. De gewenste weerstand kan worden ingesteld door de stelschroef aan te draaien. Wanneer de rolstoelstand wordt gebruikt, is de weerstand geheel weg te halen door de stelschroef losser te draaien. De sleepremmen passen op de Rollz Motion en Rollz Motion Rhythm, maar kan niet worden gebruikt in combinatie met de luchtbanden. De sleepremmen komen in een set van twee.
